How to configure an academic year?

Purpose of this article

Teaches how to open courses up to applicants by adding and configuring Academic Year.

Before you start

Gather institution specific data such as:

Date, when academic year will start

Instructions

Add new Academic Year:

Go to: Side menu>My institution>Terms

Click “Clone last year”

Click “Edit Year”

Choose a date when academic year will start

New Academic Year is added

Expected outcome of the instruction

Once the academic year is created, you will be able to create study semesters (terms) in the system.
