Teach how to filter applicants based on tasks/checklist items.
Make sure that you have
the correct administrator permissions (“advisors”)
already created checklist items, and you have applicants who have already answered on checklist questions in the system.
Log in as an administrator with the permission “applications-view” (included with the Roles “Admissions administrator”, “Academic supervisor”, “Academic consultant”, “Accountant”, in addition to “Superuser”).
From the Main menu, go to Applications > Tasks.
If needed then, set the filter and click on “Reload.”
Choose to view the data in either Graph or Table mode.
Next to the checklist, click on the “Show” to view different Task statuses.
You can see how many applicants have chosen it each one of the Task statuses.
Select one of the statuses to view the “Tasks” tab of all the Application cards that have a Task with the chosen Task status – this is a useful method for working quickly on multiple applicant’s documents in one convienent place.
You should know how to quickly and efficiently be able to locate and work on all applications of any active Task status in your DreamApply system.
