Teaches how to edit an Institution’s by uploading a logo, creating Departments within the Institution, adding media, and writing a short description of the Institution Profile “about us” section.

gathered the following:
Institution details:
name
Institution location
exact address
Website
Department details:
Media
Logo
Image(s)
PDF(s)
YouTube video link(s)
Log in as an administrator with the permissions “institutions-edit” (included with the Role “Courses administrator” in addition to “Superuser”).
From the Main menu, go to My institution > General.
Add a logo:
Hover the mouse cursor over the existing logo.
Click on the “Upload logo” button that appears.
Under the section “Logo” click on upload button.
Upload new logo.
(optional) Add new Department:
Navigate to the “Departments” section.
Click on the “+ Add a department” button.
Enter the department name.
Enter the country, location, and website of the department.
Click on the “Save changes” button.
Add media:
Navigate to the “Media files” section.
Click on the “+ Add a media file” button.
Choose the desired type of media to upload:
Select “Image” or “PDF” from the dropdown list.
Locate the image on your local device.
Double click on it or highlight it and click the “Open” button.
Select “Youtube video”.
Enter the URL of the desired YouTube video.
Click on the “+” button.
Edit institution data:
Click on the edit button (the circular button with the image of a pencil) on top right of the page.
Enter the institution name.
Upload logo
Enter the country, location, address, and website of the institution.
Click on the “Locate automatically” button to have the map center on the entered address.
(optional) Enter any additional details desired.
Click on the “Save changes” button.
