Explain the meaning and functionality of Templates.
Templates allow users with the “templates” administrator permission to adjust certain content in their DreamApply system and the content of various emails that are sent from the system.
Throughout the application process applicants, administrators, and advisors will receive different emails from the system such as welcome text, information about the evaluation process, acceptance or rejection emails, etc, many of which come from a customisable Template. Many of these emails will be sent out without any intervention from a user and rather than using default text written by DreamApply, an administrator can adjust the text of Templates to send out the content they prefer. These Templates are then used to save the time required to write individual emails.
