This article teaches how to check invoices and their statuses.
Make sure you have:
the Finance addon enabled (please feel free to contact [email protected] if you would like more information on enabling this addon)
the correct administrator permissions (“accounting-view”, “accounting-edit”, & “accounting-collect”)
Series allows you to number and group your invoices.
Log in as an administrator with the permission “accounting-view”, “accounting-edit”, and “accounting-collect” (included with the Role “Accountant” in addition to “Superuser”).
From the Main menu, go to: Finance > Invoices.
Locate the desired Invoice:
(optional) enter an Invoice number into the Search field and clicking on the “Search” button.
(optional) filter for a smaller subset of Invoices, by selecting:
one or more Series.
one or more Status.
one or more Region.
click on the “Search” button.
Navigate to find the name of the Applicant or the Invoice number.
You can sort invoices by: Applicant name, Amount, Status or transaction.
You can send out bulk email to all invoice recipients by clicking on Bulk action > Send an email to all.
Click on the information icon “i” to view more information about the history of the Invoice.
Collect an Invoice:
Click on the Wrench icon next to the invoice.
(optional) If different than the total payable amount, enter the amount to be collected.
Edit an Invoice:
Click on the Wrench icon next to the invoice.
