Manage tracker groups

Purpose of this article

Teaches how to manage tracker groups.

Before you start

Gather institution-specific data, including:

  • Tracker group name
    • Instruction

      Add a new tracker:

      • Log in as an administrator with the “trackers” permission.
      • Go to: Side menu > Marketing > Trackers.
      • Click "Manage tracker groups" under the filters.
      • Insert new tracker group name and save it.
      • Click on "Create sub-group" and insert the name to create a sub-group under tha main group.
      Expected outcome of the instruction

      New groups and sub-groups will be listed in Tracker settings. You can add the trackers in the different groups and filter them with group names.
